Processing of Agricultural Produces

To develop processing techniques on the produces of citrus, Chinese yam, sweet potato and medicinal
plants.
●Successful techniques include Chinese yam stuffing, Haili Tankan stuffing, sunki sauce, instant soup
packs of green bamboo shoots, ginger flower seasoning powder, and hand-made mesona soap.
●Providing technique transfer services.

Ginger lily sesaoning powder, dired persimmon products,sunki sauce, chinese yam stuffing and processed products,haili tankan stuffing,hand-made mesona soap,vacuum-packed green bamboo shoots, the processing products of mesona, lnstant soup packs of green bamboo shoots and development of green bamboo shoots drink.
