To develop processing techniques on the produces of citrus, Chinese yam, sweet potato and medicinal
plants.
●Successful techniques include Chinese yam stuffing, Haili Tankan stuffing, sunki sauce, instant soup
packs of green bamboo shoots, ginger flower seasoning powder, and hand-made mesona soap.
●Providing technique transfer services.
