To improve post-harvest handling techniques of agricultural produces.
●Techniques to maintain the freshness of green bamboo shoots for domestic and export markets.
●Developed thermal devices with aeration and monitoring functions.
●Improved techniques for fresh-cut green onion mini-pack refrigeration.
●Poinsettia treatment using freshness agents to extend display life.
●White crane orchids treatment using 1-MCP to prolong vase life.

Fresh-keeping technology extends shelf life in green bamboo shoots up to 21 days,preservation treatment of white crane orchids extends vase life, fresh-keeping agents prolong vase life of pot poinsettia,thermal device with aeration and monitoring fuctions, vegetable post-harvest handing facilites and fresh-cut green onion mini-pack refrigeration technology.
